All Passengers Flying with Southern Warbirds must agree to the following  
Ticketing Policy:
Each Ticket (or Voucher) is for a single passenger only. All tickets are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. All tickets are non-refundable / non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. We cannot replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets without proof of purchase. Ticket package and prices are subject to change without notice.
Booking Policy:
To ensure a slot is reserved for you, you must book your timeslot at least 48 hours in advance otherwise no guarantees can be provided of a timeslot on a particular day.
Transfer Policy:
The ticket can be transferred to any person at any time, providing the flight has not commenced (i.e. the aircraft has been started) and that they meet all the necessary requirements to fly safely.
Health & Mobility Requirements:
Passengers must be at least 12 years of age. Passengers must be medically fit to undergo aerobatic flight conditions. If the passenger has any doubts about medical fitness, they should consult their doctor. You should not, under any circumstances, fly if suffering from a heavy cold. Advice should always be sought from a doctor if there is any known heart complaint, epilepsy, asthma, incontinence or other disability or medical complaint, e.g. neck or back problems which may be aggravated by aerobatic maneuvers. Passengers must be able to alight the aircraft with minimal assistance and must demonstrate they can exit the aircraft unassisted. Passengers with body shapes, sizes and weights that may interfere with the flight controls may be unable to fly.
Flight Scheduling Policy:
All flights take place in daylight hours and under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) conditions, as set out be the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). The nature of flying means that on occasion a flight cannot be fulfilled due to operation constraints, weather conditions, pilot illness, insurance requirements, legal constraints, airfield operations and many other unforeseen events. Southern Warbirds will do all it reasonably can to honour a flight on a particular day however Southern Warbirds will not accept liability for any financial or consequential loss resulting in a cancellation or postponement. Passengers affected will be given the opportunity to fly at a different time or day, subject to availability without further cost. Southern Warbirds may substitute its aircraft with other similar aircraft in order to fulfill its obligations.
Fair Flight Policy:
A flight, once in progress, can be aborted at any time by the Pilot in command. If there is any doubt about the safety of the aircraft, passengers and crew or any other safety related issue, the flight will be cancelled immediately and you will be returned to the briefing room. Flights cancelled because of the behaviour or health of the passenger will deemed to have been completed. At the discretion of Southern Warbirds, passengers may be offered another flight in circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
For passengers who miss their flight or for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the flight, a rebooking fee will apply.
